phase zero makeup review, phase zero love me beauty review

Imagine a world where the products we love aren’t priced by adding a premium for fancy packaging, marketing, endorsements or perceived prestige. But rather we pay almost the price that it costs to put each product together? Well that’s the direction that a number of brands are taking us by offering us products available for purchase at factory prices, with no middle men or big retailers thus cutting out the premium.

Phase Zero Makeup* is looking to give their consumers the best products at unbeatable prices. I’ve been sent some of their newly launched lip products and let me tell you, I’m thrilled to see they haven’t cut any corners when it comes to quality and product performance. And each of these would cost you only a few quid.

Phase Zero Liquid Lipsticks
I am a huge fan of liquid lipsticks and have tried a fair few formulas enough to know what I like and what I steer clear of. So trust me when I say, this is one of the better formulas I have tried. A fully matte finish, opaque colour pay-off and all while feeling lightweight and comfortable on the lips. This is a very sophisticated formula that I’m absolutely loving. Gingerbread has quickly become one of my favourite lipsticks right now because it’s a lovely orange toned brown shade that complements my skin tone so well.

Phase Zero Lip Glosses
I’m falling back in love with lip glosses these days and I have to say they seem to have come a long way from the sticky shiny gloopiness that I recall from a decade ago. These are super pigmented and could easily be worn alone or over other lipsticks. I mean, that red blows my mind and I’m not even a red lipstick fan. My personal favourite is the nude which is the perfect shade to place on top of a matte nude lipstick as it bring its to life and adds a layer of shine that makes my lips appear plumper and therefore my entire face look more youthful. Can’t say no to that.

Phase Zero Lip Toppers

I’m not the biggest fan of the metallic/glitter lip trend because I don’t think it looks that great on me. And therefore I’d never tried lip toppers before. These are a little out there for me but I have to admit I’m loving both of these enough to push myself out of my comfort zone a little. They’re both pigmented and packed full of glitter and would be the perfect finishing touch to a fun makeup look. Prosecco Kiss is a rose gold shade that is stunning and I think it would look fab on the eyelids too though I haven’t tried it to see if the formula would work on my eye lids.

How does it work?

To purchase these lip products at the very appealing and affordable factory prices, you are required to sign up to become a member of Love Me Beauty for only £5 a month. Then you’ll have access to these products, and the rest of the brand’s products which will be released as time goes by, at the lower factory prices. As a member you would only pay £3.50 for each of these lip products. You can also buy them at their retail price too if you don’t want to become a member and that would set you back £12 each.

[I haven’t been sent a code yet but once I do I will update the post here so keep your eyes peeled]

I think it’s great that this is becoming a thing these days. Great makeup at even greater prices!
